Enrollment Verification Process

Mansfield Elementary is conducting an Enrollment Verification process for the 2025 - 2026 school year. The purpose of this process is to confirm the residence of our students.  ALL families with students who will be attending Mansfield Elementary in the fall of 2025 need to complete and return this Enrollment Verification Form with the requested documents by JULY 1, 2025.  Please see the form for details.
